• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us directly to check stock availability and arrange the exchange process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We may request photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
